Located in Austin,
Texas, BR Internet was founded in 1989 as a Newsstand and tobacco store.
Over the years it has evolved into a group of Internet stores that carry
items originally stocked by the old line news and tobacco stands that used
to be in every major city downtown.
With more than 16 different product lines and a vast inventory, under
normal circumstances we are able to ship customer orders within just one
business day.
BR Internet consists of three employees and the owner, more than 6,000
square feet of warehouse space, and several supporting warehouses and staff
for its various lines of product.
We accept files which can be read by CorelDraw and Adobe
Photoshop. We can read the following file formats: CDR (version 9), TIF,
JPG, WMF, PSD, PDD, PSP, GIF, EPS, PDF, PPT. A TIF image (.tif) is usually
best for photos, and more pixels are better than less. An EPS or AI image is
usually best for graphics as it retains the smooth curves. A PDF image is
usually best if you created your design in a newer version of Microsoft
Publisher. We like to work with files of 150-200 dpi. For flasks we need an
image you have sized to at least 6x8 so that we can enlarge it without
jaggies. This will usually be in the range of 5mb - 7mb, although you can
compress that with a program such as Winzip such that you're emailing only
3mb - 5mb.
Custom Laser Engraving is the perfect way to promote your fraternity,
business, product, or anything else. We will print photo ready copy
that you send us on the front of an 8 oz. flask. (Exception: we
cannot laser engrave trademarked images, logos, or slogans without
permission.)
The 8 oz. flask measures 5 5/8" high x 3 3/4" wide x 1"
deep. The engraveable image area measures approximately 3" wide x 4 1/2"
high.

Artwork. We can laser engrave most artwork.
It is best to start with a clean, well-contrasted color or
black and white image with the subject of the image (item to be engraved)
not being too small or hidden behind something or in the dark. You can
always submit a copy of the image you wish to use to us for review before
placing your order. We will let you know if you need new artwork. We
ship to the United States Only.
