Imagine the joy of sharing your special beer with your mates
around the Barbie. It’s easy, just Mix, Brew, Bottle, Enjoy!
Today the Coopers Brewery is still owned and operated by fourth and fifth
generation descendents of Thomas. Dr. Tim Cooper, an accomplished cardiology
surgeon in his previous career, received his brewing education at Birmingham
University in England and as Directing Manager handles the day-to-day
aspects of running the brewery. Glenn Cooper, as Chairman of the Board of
the Coopers Brewery and Marketing Manager, oversees the general direction of
the brewery and spends considerable time visiting with beer drinkers and
beer makers. Even 72 year old Maxwell Cooper drops in pretty much daily for
a pint and to see how the kettles he once operated are running.
The NEW Coopers Micro Brew Kit is designed to give you everything you
need to brew your own high quality, completely natural, great tasting beer
every time.

People have been
making beer at home for thousands of years, so there has been lots of time
to perfect the process. In countries like England, Canada, and of course,
Australia, home beer making has been a part of everyday life for decades (or
in the case of England, centuries). It used to be that way in the US before
the disruption of Prohibition. Home beer making is now making a comeback.
Coopers Brew Products
Once you have mastered the
basic art of brewing, you can experiment using the wide range of Coopers
products which contain only natural ingredients - malt, hops, water and
yeast.
